We want you to be completely satisfied with your land purchase. No problem! Let us know within 90 days, and we’ll refund your down payment and any principal payments made, as long as your payments have been on time. If you find another property in our inventory that’s a better fit, we can also help you make the switch.  

The “Money-Back Guarantee” applies only to owner financing. Cash sales are final once the deed is recorded.

The short answer is “NO”. Our buying process is simple, with clear, easy-to-read contracts. While you're welcome to hire a professional if you prefer, we've designed the process to be straightforward for anyone.

After your closing fee clears, we send your purchase package via email through SignNow.com. The package includes your Land Contract, Promissory Note, and Purchase Sale Agreement. Once signed digitally, we’ll set up automatic payments if you chose to owner finance, or a full payment if you wish to pay upfront.

Once your note is paid off, we issue your Deed, which the county then records and mails to you. This process typically takes about two weeks, mostly depending on county processing times.

Yes, however to ensure the property is still available, we recommend securing it with a down payment before making travel arrangements. Once your payment is received, we’ll provide maps, GPS coordinates, and recommend a local surveyor. Please note that we do not meet buyers on-site.
